Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Clearance, final sale, or customized products (if applicable).

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
